GoHavi ("we," "our," or "us") is a SaaS platform owned and operated by VyrusEngineering. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our users ("Merchants") and their end-customers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the GoHavi website (gohavi.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register via Google Login or Email, we collect your name, email address, and business details.
  • Business Data: We collect the phone numbers and names of your customers ("Leads" or "Patients") that you upload to the Service.

B. Information Processed via Third-Party Integrations

  • Meta / WhatsApp Data: As a Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business API, we process phone numbers, message templates, and message content routed through our platform.
  • Google User Data: If you use "Continue with Google," we access your basic profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture) solely for authentication purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to data brokers.

  • Service Delivery: To route WhatsApp messages, schedule appointments, and manage your customer database.
  • Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account.
  • Communication: To send you transactional alerts (e.g., "Subscription Renewed", "System Maintenance").

4. Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) Compliance Disclosure

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies:

  1. No Ad Targeting: We do not use message content or contact lists processed via the WhatsApp Business API for advertisement targeting purposes.
  2. Data Processing: We act as a Data Processor on your behalf. You (the Merchant) retain ownership of your customer data.
  3. 24-Hour Window: We adhere to WhatsApp's messaging policies, including the 24-hour customer service window and template message restrictions.

5. Google Limited Use Disclosure

GoHavi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request the minimal scopes required for login (email, profile).
  • We do not transfer this data to third parties for advertising.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Railway, AWS) to host our application.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: To facilitate the delivery of WhatsApp messages.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

7. Data Retention & Deletion (Your Rights)

  • Retention: We retain message logs for up to 90 days for debugging and analytics, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
  • Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@gohavi.com. We will process this request within 30 days.
