1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoHavi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. GoHavi is a product of VyrusEngineering.

2. Acceptable Use (Anti-Spam Policy)

You agree to use the WhatsApp Business API responsibly.

• No Spam: You strictly agree not to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Consent: You must obtain opt-in consent from your customers before sending them messages via GoHavi.
• Prohibited Content: You may not send messages related to illegal drugs, firearms, gambling, or adult content.

3. Liability Limitation regarding Meta/WhatsApp

GoHavi provides the technical infrastructure to connect to WhatsApp. However:

• VyrusEngineering is NOT responsible if your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is banned, blocked, or restricted by Meta due to your messaging activity.
• We do not control Meta's policies, and you agree to adhere to their Commerce Policy.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Fees: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly).
• WhatsApp Charges: You are responsible for all conversation charges levied by Meta. GoHavi may deduct these from your prepaid wallet or bill them separately.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless legally required.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. VyrusEngineering does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
